the time for a cpc is now 2 months from your PJFA date or you will need to re do it but what happens if you have your test 1 and a half months in and end up failing won’t that mean you’ll have to retake the PJFA anyway as it will be more than 2 months untill the next cpc? Only saying this because I’ve just passed my PJFA but wasn’t high scores at all
Bleep test:10.8
Pushups:34
Sit-ups:46
Pull ups:10
So I’m wondering if I should wait till after the instructors summer break or take the option of August the 2nd which is 3 days after my 10 day holiday and my scores definitely need to be atleast 10-15 higher for my standard
Got pjfa next week but not sure how to go about storing all my energy. Like if I should rest a couple days before or not has anyone got any tips on what they did. Thankyou
So I suspected my valve was broken from a code Po171 so I took it off but I’m wondering if a guy before me has wires it himself and messed up the parts because no other valves fit this type of plug
So I’m wondering if he put in the connector and valve himself and there completely wrong or if this is how it’s supposed to be but every 1.0 I’ve looked at dosnt have this type of connection
At the moment I’m mainly focused on improving my pushups to get a better score in pjfa but In the gym I’ve always used v bar for triceps but I’m just wondering if I switched to rope with a lower weight would it make a noticeable difference (I also do pushups every day) just wondering if it’s worth switching out the v
