Do my kids qualify for dual citizenship if they weren't born on namibian soil?

Saw a similar post and it got me thinking. So if I per say leave Namibia and have kids elsewhere. Would they still qualify for dual citizenship. As I am a nambian citizen. Or would they have to cut off their previous citizenship to become namibian.

I was reading through some stuff a while back, what I understood from it, is that you can only qualify for dual citizenship if your child was born in namibia.

I want to avoid making mistakes in future etc. Namibian law docs are pretty hard to read through and understand hence why I am here.

Got harrassed in the morning by an uber driver.

Did a tarrot spread asking what I should do concerning todays events, and I interpreted as to let it go or else my outcome could be to my own detriment. That winning could come at the cost of my own peace. That I should not act on my emotions.

Instead, the cards encourage me to move to calmer waters.

That clarity will come if I reflect...

For context:

I did report the driver as he almost assaulted me unprovoked. Luckily, I was aided by my uncle and partner. Screamed at the top of my lungs for them to come out as he was threatening to harm me. The whole thing left me a bit shaken. The reason I couldn't bolt out of the car is because I had a few things in the back seat. And he refused to give them to me. The whole argument was because of how he couldn't navigate his app. But there was no need to go psycho.

He was pissed because he had to wait for me. The whole time, he could NOT navigate his app, so I showed him that the app clearly states I was on this side of the street, not the side he was at. And that I did him a favour by going to the other side.

Is anyone here interested in having a look and telling me if I am interpreting it correctly. Would be cool having a different perspective.

Did a celtic cross spread.

I need some guidance

I've read countless (maybe 10 to 15) books on astral projection. And I've been trying to for 4 years. But one night, I saw lights so bright. It was like a torch was being flashed right into my eyes. I was mindboggled when I opened my eyes to complete darkness. It scared me. Yes, I read about them in the books, but nothing prepared me for the real deal. This obviously gave me some sort of encouragement.

But then another day came when I did it and my cat was in the room. Just as I started seeing those lights again. My cat hissed at me. I sat up to look at him, and he was bewildered. Tail all puffy and eyes wide with his back arched. This scared me. He is a fairly grown cat and never really reacts like that. He's chill.

I've not seen the lights since. Fear keeps me stunted. I've read a lot. I still am reading, to maybe find the courage to try again. But I am obviously not prepared for the real deal. So, I focused on getting better at lucid dreaming instead. I feel very in control of my dreams.

But ig this post is for guidance. Do you think my experiences are stupid reasons to be so stunted by fear. In your own experience, what happened? What should I be watching out for... just tell me everything on your mind, Im all for constructive criticism if you have any to offer.

Help out? Please.

Does anyone know of any fabric shops around Windhoek that aren't like piss expensive. I want to start making my own clothes etc... but I do not intend on spending more than I would spend in the mall for ready made clothing. Or is it just normal for it to be like N$ 200+, for a meter of fabric.

Also! Does anyone know of someone who can adjust sewing machines? Or fix them?
