I got the smallest size frypan and it is supposed to be non-stick. But even simple scrambled eggs stick terribly! See photos. I have contacted Flybuys and they say they cannot see any transactions on my account showing I redeemed this item. I have already spent 1 hour on the chat with Flybuys and got nowhere. I don't think contacting Coles would be helpful either, and their is no 'chat' on the Coles website. Really don't want to but I will need to just chuck the pan in the bin. I have many other pans in my kitchen and none of them have been like this, so believe me it is not a user error.
