Bybit is holding my funds under AML review
My account (UID: 169137289) has been frozen. Support keeps sending the exact same automated bot replies about an "AML historical transaction review".
- They have NOT asked me for a single document (Source of Funds, KYC, etc.) to clear this up.
- I requested to voluntarily close my account and withdraw my funds to a clean address, and they refused, saying I must wait indefinitely.
This is unacceptable. You cannot freeze personal funds without requesting any proof or giving a timeline. It looks like a scam to hold user deposits. I am ready to provide ANY documents needed. Please escalate this to a real compliance officer immediately.
