2024 SLT X31 with 13,800 hundred miles. Shifter module has failed and is on backorder. I've never even towed with it. But they say it's unsafe in it's current state even though I have not had any shifting or parking issues. I'll be without my truck for at least three weeks. Dealer said they are going to get me a rental but it won't be a truck.

2024 Sierra SLT. After the last over air update, the truck now dings after I turn off the ignition. Just a constant beeping. I can't sit in the truck and gather my thoughts or read the mail or anything. I have to open the door to make the dinging stop. Lights are off. Truck is in park. Engine is off. I can't figure out why it won't stop beeping and dinging at me. And this is brand new, after an update that was installed on Monday. It's making me nuts.
