Bug or feature?

The buggy infotainment system and the inconsistent wireless charger are my only two big complaints so far about my new to me 2023 c40.

A question for other owners. My kids like to play in the car. Without the key present, if one of my kids climbs into the driver or passenger seat, the infotainment and hvac systems come on. I don’t mind not having a start/stop button but it seems truly bizarre that the car would “start” without the key.

Is this normal?

Clicking noise from hvac

AI search tells me that clicking, especially with hvac on auto, is from misaligned or worn dampers and is common on these.

Anybody here experience this and get it fixed?

I’m three days into ownership of my cpo C40. Love the car and want to get my nits taken care of
