1994 year wine
Hullo all! I’ve been inspired by another poster to find a birth year wine for my fiance.
They have expressed interest in this before many years ago but are unlikely to buy it for themselves and honestly life has been so crazy that it’s probably fallen completely off their radar.
They are in the wine production industry and have a general unpaired drinking preference for Chardonnay, Riesling, Albariño and other dry whites but they enjoy a great wine regardless of varietal. Especially when paired well.
Interesting growers/producers, stories and winemaking techniques all would score major points in their book, depending on how some of this may affect cellaring for this long.
Any suggestions are appreciated, especially in regards to shipping it to us ( New Zealand).
Please help!
