- the main reason I’m returning these is because the audio quality is just not up to par for a ~500 CAD pair of headphones. Audio quality is very “basic”, like something I would expect out of base AirPods. But these are supposed noise cancelling full headphones with high sound quality.
- light hissing noise is real, but not that big of a deal as some people on this sub have made it seem
- quality of the standard ear cups feels a bit “cheap”. Not sure how to explain it.
- the positive is that the headphones are light, and it’s pretty impressive that they were able to pack the technology in these headphones in such a thin frame. But still not worth the $500 CAD price tag.

I can’t believe how bad the transparency mode is on these, even after firmware updates. I’m not even exaggerating but it sounds like I’m listening to people through a car window.

Thought maybe I had a bad pair so I went to the Apple Store and their demo models are the exact same, firmware updates too. My first gen AirPods Pro have near perfect transparency and I don’t get it. There’s like 4 mics on the 360s and it’s still bad.

How do they drop the ball on such a basic feature. I tired working with them and I constantly had to pull an ear cup off repeatedly and have people repeat themselves in a quiet room. Worked like that for an hour and then I popped my AirPods Pro in and bam issue resolved.

I don’t really have much complaint about the audio profile as I’m not an audiophile and the fit and look I have some small critiques but were very specific to me and not the general consensus.

Anyone else find the transparency trash?
