Hey, it's my first time ever renting a place, and I'm doing a flat share in London for the next 12-months. I am just a bit confused about how I would end the agreement? My rent is a monthly payment on the 27th of every month and I want to end the tenancy exactly a year from when I started (27th July).

How exactly does it work? When should I put in my notice, what even counts as a notice (email, letter etc.), where should I put it? How early? All this stuff is completely new to me so a dummies guide would be appreciated for this.

Just to make a bit more clear, I'd ideally leave on the 26th of July 2027 so I am not accidentally entitled to paying for July 27th - August 26th.

Hey, I'm looking for a modpack to play which is more on the tech/automation side, though the ones I mostly see are ones which are quite gregtech-adjacent. I personally just don't find these fun and get super bored at the slow early game where I need to create 3 trillion one time use materials for a machine to do it all again.

In ATM10 I found the tech quite fun, it was freeing enough to let me grind a ton of resources and have a bit of a power-trip by looking at my ME system, but still restrictive enough to where I still needed to setup automation and machines to progress at a fair pace. Other modpacks I felt a nice balance with is Skyfactory 4 and ATM10 TTS (kinda cheating on that one)

I guess a modpack I'm looking for is something which is quite fun to play and give a bit of powertrip like ATM10, but not hilariously overpowered like ProjectE. (applied energistics addons are a good bonus, I love makings the whole super computer automation, I also tend to prefer newer versions but not a deal break)
