Looking for the best stack for college

Hello everyone I am an incoming freshman at college. I am a Finance + Mathematics major and will be taking Calculus, accounting, and eventually discrete mathematics or linear algebra my spring semester. For context I am not very math strong, I just love economics and the market. I have been diagnosed adhd and will be beginning adderall soon, hopefully when this shortage ends. I am nervous because I have taken adderall and it is incredible for me. I enjoy learning on it, and I feel as if I am inattentive adhd. I am looking at a nootropics stack to help me. I currently have a list of nootropics and peptides that I have gathered from Reddit and social media and I was wondering if you guys could look and see what are best.

Disclaimer: I am not looking to take all of these at once or together, this is merely a list of nootropics that I have seen a lot and I need help picking.

Daily drivers-
Adderall or Vyvanse
Caffeine
Nicotine
Occasional-
Beta Blockers

Nootropical Peptides-
Pinealon
Piracetam
Bromantane
Modafinil
armodadinil
Adamax
Dihexa

If you guys think there are better options please let me know, I don't know where to start or what will be best for me.

My grandmother's dog has terminal cancer and only few weeks likely to live. She doesn't want to let her go until she believes she's in pain. Are these signs suggesting she's in pain?

She is a 13 year old shiz tzu poodle mix. We found out she had a tumor on her jaw a few months ago and it was removed. Unfortunately we found out the cancer had come back about a month ago and it was in a serious stage, the veterinarian said that radiation therapy would most likely not help. I believe she's in pain, as I've noticed she appears confused and lethargic as of recently .

Her condition has worsened over the last week, she no longer likes movement really, and she's been bleeding from her jaw, where the original tumor had been removed (is it back now). She's lost so much weight and she looks so frail, but my grandmother can't let her go. My parents, my brother and I are almost certain that we should have her put down this week.

Do you guys think this is the right decision? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Incoming freshman at college

Hello I am an 18 year old and I will be beginning college as a finance major this fall. I am looking for guidance on nootropics and what to take to help my performance in my classes. I am prescribed adderall, and I will definitely be taking it regularly as it definitely helps with studying and workload for me. I want something that will help with memory retention and focus, but I've seen so many different peptides and nootropics that I don't know where to start. I also take creatine, caffeine, and nicotine, and I am looking to be safe and not hurt my heart or brain in the long run. Any guidance is appreciated.
