Looking for a recommendations for a long lunch to celebrate a 35th birthday with girlfriends in Hunter Valley. Options I’m looking at are Bistro Molines, Hunters Quarter or Margans. Looking for somewhere special but not too stuffy, a bit of cool factor and a view would be nice. Does anyone have any insights into what would make the best option? TIA
