a very violent sexual offender (multiple charges against children, in*est charges too) has moved in down the street, i got the alert from NSOPW last week.

for a house warming gift to welcome this person to our neighborhood, what could i leave sitting in his front yard? it’s very hot here right now, middle of summer, i was curious about what items could go into a milk jug or mason jar that would bake in the sun and make his home and yard very stinky… 👀

or, any other ideas for a nice housewarming gift?
