Anyone else heard about this?

I took my Mom shopping today for a pair of On Cloud Rogers, as I’ve had mine for almost two years and love them, and wanted to get her a pair.

Employee working the shoe section in the store immediately tried to steer us clear of anything On Cloud related. Said that they’ve transitioned to an AI Quality control model while simultaneously ramping up production 60%, and were just not quality shoes anymore.

The guy also mentioned that he had a woman go through $500+ (3 pairs) worth of their shoes in three months, and she apparently only averages two miles a day.

Looking at the structure of the newest Rogers, they definitely don’t look the same, but I wasn’t sure if anyone else had heard of the general quality going down in the last year or so…
