First, let me say sorry if this isn’t the place to post this. If it is, some help would be appreciated!

I bought this bag from an online store that had a lot of great reviews and a handful of bad ones. It came, smelled like leather, and held up well for a month or two. I thought I was good to go.

After a trip where the buckle rubbed up against the corner of the bag a bunch, these marks showed up.

I’ve never really owned leather before, so I have no idea what I’m looking at here, but a quick google search made me think these marks indicate this bag is not legit at all. Does anyone have any thoughts? Do you need more pictures or info? If you can, please let me know if I got fleeced!
