Formalities ignores talent

Jobs require a certain amount of degree, whereas most jobs can be done by anyone who is willing to invest time and energy in learning the skill.

Even if one has good skills and can do better than others, he is mostly rejected coz he doesn't have the right degree, especially in big companies where formalities matter more than one's skills and talent.

Sometimes feels like one is judged on his background rather than his merit.

Note: It takes some skills to explain one's career gap..xD
