So i just was accepted at my current store as MM and a past store asked me to come back as OM. My GM says I can't because there's supposed to be a 90 day period. Is that a thing?

So I recently got moved to clinique. Im not exactly excited about it. I don't have a passion or real interest in it. I am happy for the hours and the "raise". What are the perks and downsides? Expectations? What should I expect my pay to go up? Im struggling and it's difficult to find work elsewhere.

Honestly this is more of a rant than anything. Thanks ulta making so many cuts to hours that for the last 2 weeks I haven't even made 15. Then bragging about caring for your employees during mental health awareness month. If i hear one more apology from my GM while she sits so comfortably on her salary throne I'm going to vomit

How many points can you have before getting fired? I always forget and I'm too afraid to ask managers
