Should i apply now or wait until after BSc

Im wondering if i should even apply to the Rad tech and the Rad therapy programs at mohawk now (grade 12) or should i wait till i get a BSc in physics.

My average is about 90 and i really like the idea of doing Rad tech or Rad therapy but im worried ill just get rejected and very dismotivated. Im thinking Medical physicist as a backup or trying to apply to other imaging programs after BSc in physics. More or less wondering do i even stand a chance, or should i just throw it out there anyways.

Hello,

Im not to sure what i want to do with my life, sort of bouncing back in forth between imaging programs and becoming a medical physicist or finding something new.

My big question is if i want to keep as many doors open (focusing on imaging programs and medical physicist) what would be the best choice of a program between physics and biological and medical physics?

Ive seen people online say for medical physicst its better to do a general physics undergrad first then specialize in your masters/phd but i also think the biological and medical physics degree would be good for applying to imaging programs but ive also seen people say it doesnt really matter what your major is ahhhhhhhhhhh any advice is appreciated

Hello, I was wondering if anyone did a BSc (more specifically in biological and medical physics) before they went into becoming a Rad tech or something else in the imaging field?

I know imaging programs where I am (Ontario) are very competitive having usually under 50 seats and sometimes close to 1000 applicants. Based on what ive researched having the BSc could make my application better and give me a better chance of getting in but it also give me an alternate path of becoming like a medical physicist for example.
