No AC output on Jackery HomePower 3000
Hello all, I just purchased a brand new Jackery HP 3000 off of Amazon. Upon initial start up and testing I discovered that none of the AC outlets work. The device is fully charged with no error codes being displayed. All the DC/USB ports function without issue, but on the AC side I’ve tried plugging in multiple different devices and have not gotten any of them to charge successfully. I get no output reading or charge from any of the AC outlets.
I’ve reset the BMS, the physical AC output buttons on the side and seemingly every variation of the reset process that I could find online. I also just reached out to the online Jackery support but have not heard back yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue like this with their Jackery unit before? Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
