With season 2 having only 6 episodes and limited time allotted to each, I’m worried about the pacing and character development for each individual character. Mizu being taken away from Japan means having very little screen time with Taigen,Ringo and Akemi and given that a love triangle was hinted, how any of that will be played out baffles me a bit. These characters still need more interaction if they were to have any kind of relationship that had meaning, this includes her friendship with ringo who was her voice of reason.
I’m worried that everything will be done at a pace that might not be convincing for us as viewers. The only way any of this plays out believably is using the time jump tactic. Season 3 isn’t confirmed and if it was I wouldn’t have cared because then season 2 could deliver us a solid build up for a stellar series finale. Just to clarify I do have faith in the creators, just a tad bit worried 🙃
