Trying to diffuse Republican lies, Talarico and Hinojosa upset trans voters

good lord democrats can’t please anyone no matter what they do or say. It’s getting really old. If they say yes to trans people in sports, then Republicans get what they want and dems lose due to propaganda from the right. if they say no to trans people in sports, they upset trans people. Democrats can never win.

Is it normal for employers in Dallas to lie about wages to get workers? Two jobs have straight up lied to me about how much I would be paid.

Two different companies have lied to my face about how much they were going to pay me. The first is Pet Supplies Plus who posted a job on Indeed for a retail sales associate for $15/hr. When I interviewed and was ready to sign the paper to be employed by them, they only offered $10/hr. I was furious and left, I did not sign. The most they would offer is $11/hr. Straight up liars.

The second is a company I am working for now who said they would pay $20/hr, but ended up only paying me $16/hr. I signed on for $20/hr and they paid me $16/hr anyways.

What is the deal with these lying employers? is this a major problem here? I lived in Arkansas before and never had this problem. Is it common to be wage scammed here?

First they suspended 1 million voters from the Texas voter rolls, now they are targeting voting locations in some of the largest Texas counties. This November is going to be a bloodbath.

This is exactly how they win every election, by extreme voter suppression. Democratic voters in Texas have to pull off an election even bigger than 2020. Democrats have to win in a landslide and it has to be too big to rig. We cannot trust republicans to oversee elections in any of the states they run.
