Been working for the company for over 2 years and had two yearly raises. Minimum Wage went up this year in Florida to 15 dollars per hour. New employees were making 15 dollars while I was still at 14.70 for 9 months and I just got moved up starting September 27th. My problem is my 2 yearly raises are now null and void. My wage is now at the same wage as someone who started after January 1st 2026. Now at the same wage as the 5 dumbass teenagers who I just spent the last month training. This is stupid as hell.
