had a dumb lady keep calling tonight to make a grooming appt for saturday told her grooming is closed for the holiday she insisted they were not since it was letting check times online, i know for a fact the site wont let her do that since the whole day is blocked. then she called a few more times asking for vetco and then claimed she has an appt for saturday at 9am and had questions, i told her no vetco isnt coming tomorrow thats its a holiday and they dont work any holidays and that even if they were they dont start till 11am and the store doesnt open till 10.30 because its a holiday. i must have hung up on her like 5 times and even went into grooming and tried to put a note into her account and she has never had her dog groomed at my store and the appt for grooming was for another location and they had lots of notes about this lady being rude and always claiming her dog wasnt groomed right and getting free grooms. i called that store and talked to their manager who went into their ipass and called the lady and cancelled her appt and then told her she is no longer allowed to have her dog groomed with petco.

Fish mart stop sending sick mice and hamsters got 12 hamsters in plus 15 mice last week and 8 of 15 mice have died and 6 of 12 hamsters died so far, 10 of 12 hamsters from the week before died, no symptoms of being sick they are just dropping dead while being fine earlier in the day. Acom doesn’t care and just keeps saying to order. Even the driver has heard that there’s been a few stores having this issue but fish mart doesn’t seem to care. Already contacted Hartford board of health let’s hope they find something like what happened to apet

had to partake as an observer today for my dm to fire a gm in my district today. last week the gm fired her assistant manager because the am was pregnant and her water broke at work early, the am didnt have her cell with her and asked the gm to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital the gm refused to call and said she didnt want to fill out the incident report that follows, so the am went to grab her phone from the office and called and the gm fired her right on the spot for not listening to her. A complaint was filed and the dm was notified when he came back from vacation yesterday, today he had her come to my store under a false pretense that he was thinking of transferring her to my store and he had the am who was fired also meet us. he talked to the am asking if she wanted to come back after maternity leave and would give her a big raise and asked if she wanted to run her own store, the am said yes and the dm said u can have your store you were let go from back, the gm who was being fired said does that mean this is my new store and the dm said no your fucking fired give me your keys now and your no longer allowed to enter any stores in the district and are not allowed to contact any employees from your store or any other employee in the district. the am who got her job plus promotion already had lawsuit paperwork with everything signed off by the judge waiting to go because she knew that gm was gonna pull something like that, since the dm and hr did all that to not get sued, that former gm is still being sued the am had someone waiting outside the store to serve her papers

see my original post about hamsters getting meningitis coming from vendor and killed almost every hamster at my store past month, my acom ordered hamsters last week even after i zeroed them out because they dont believe its vendor related. got in 12 hamsters yesterday sent 6 back with the driver because they were showing signs of balance issues and dried blood around the mouth and nose, 1 even had a seizure in the container. came in today they were fine in the morning while opening but found 2 dead during the afternoon walk with blood all over their mouth.

After having a good run of no sick animals outside of the bunch we got sent from another store that the acom shut down animals for that store for a month had wet tail when sent to us and we sent them back, I just had to spend over 2k in vets bills in the last 2 weeks with hamsters from last week the week before deliveries all having seizures and needed to be euthanized, had 3 more today same thing, up to 14 so far plus a few returned. Last week vet relations approved blood work being done and they called back today with results saying the hamsters had meningitis LCM virus. Not store related since it keeps happening within 3 to 4 days of them coming in I think it’s vendor related.
