Hello, so I am very new to my faction and I’m curious if it’s common for persona cards to go to the card market after the themed packs change.

For example, if I’m trying to get Joe Gacy 23, but I don’t pull him while the alphabet pack is active, how likely would that persona card show up in the card market? In your experience, do most of the “rare” cards make their way to the market eventually? Or are you screwed if you don’t pull them during the event?
