Constant saddle sores/irritation. 3 weeks until a 4000km ultra-race, need advice!

Hi everyone,

I can't seem to solve an irritation issue right in the chamois area where it contacts the widening part of the saddle.

I am currently riding a Selle Italia SLR Boost (143mm), which was recommended by three different bike fitters. Before this, I tried a Prologo Scratch (143mm) and a Prologo Dimension.

I’ve tried using chamois cream, even though my bike fitters advised against it, but it doesn't solve the problem—it only delays the onset of the irritation by a couple of hours (I've tried Fissan and Buttr Endurance Chamois Crème). I have also tried high-end bibs like Assos and Santini (with the C3 pad), but nothing changes.

In 3 weeks, I have a 4000 km ultra-endurance race, and I am seriously losing my mind and ready to saw my bike in half.

Does anyone have any advice or last-minute suggestions? Thank you so much

Just to clarify, I actually used Gemini to translate my original post from Italian, so I apologize if any phrasing sounds a bit robotic or off!
