Please do not judge me on this.

I am F 18 and weigh around 45kg, i stim on my bed by body slamming on it if that makes sense. I have broken two beds in the past six months and currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I am fine with this however my parents are insisting i need a bed. My past two beds were both split in half and the legs bent also on my newest one. I have tried to stop this stimming but i can’t. Does anyone have any recommendations of beds which won’t break as easily?

I’m making a mask for my stephanie brown robin cosplay, i’m making it out of 3mm eva foam, i heat gun it and prep it with sealant and then spray paint but whenever i wear it it cracks? Any help? Need it to last a convention
