YouTube download and upload question
PREFACE: I am downloading videos from my primary channel to reupload them on a new secondary channel. These are not others' videos.
I am downloading YouTube videos using yt-dlp with the maximum quality. I then intend on reuploading them to YouTube and I was wondering how much quality would be lost between the version I downloaded and the version that comes out of YT's processing as the video I'm downloading has already been compressed once by YT.

Tracing along another SHP file isn't working
I'm trying to trace out a line along an existing line, and QGIS isn't following that existing line despite having trace mode turned on. As you can see in the image, I'm trying to add a new feature to '2026' by tracing along 'L300', but the dashed line showing where the new path will go doesn't follow 'L300' and instead takes a straight line there. How do I fix this?
