My Dad is going to be moving to Portland soon to be closer my wife and me. He’s recently widowed and has had to sell his house in Georgia. His monthly income isn’t huge and we are looking at apartments under $1700. Just wanted to check and see if anyone had any advice with moving an older parent out or any services/cool stuff for elderly folks. He’s healthy and mobile and hostile (kidding).
