3 months post hair transplant and I am terrified by the “pimples” on my scalp. Are my results ruined????

”Pimples” began appearing on my scalp approximately 2 weeks ago and became progressively worse. I saw my surgeon today and he prescribed 10 days of Doxycycline Monohydrate, 2x daily. Are my results permanently ruined or will the antibiotics fix the issue? Has anyone experienced the same?

I am almost 3 months post FUE hair transplant. I bought DS laboratories revita high-performance hair density shampoo, despite reading mixed reviews. Has anyone used this shampoo? if so, what was your experience? I am terrified to ruin the final hair transplant result by introducing the wrong hair care product.
