CO vs BB (3BP) - I’m holding JsJc in the BB on a KdTc7h board.

BB lead out for 50% pot. I choose this size because of low SPR.

Villain shoved.

The solver is calling 100% of the time with JJ, from my understanding is mainly because we’re getting the right pot odds, and we’re actually ahead against villain’s entire shoving range.

During the hand though, I folded because I think villain have a Kx.

Aside from the tight pot odds, what other factors why are we calling with JJ? If you were in the hand, would you call and why?

I know we should not focus on individual hands, but I’m just wondering if there could be a better way to look at this.

The above solution is for a 3 bet pot preflop.
Flop action is OOP bets 30% and IP raises 2.5x.

My gut feel is this is something about blockers, i.e. having AcKc reduces the chance of our opponent holding AcQc and KcQc.

My son had so much fun. I had to carry him the whole way back though 😄

Hello! I want to buy a watch I will use daily for work. I like the idea of wearing an old watch. I wear suits most of the time, so I think this watch will match my work outfits. Is the price decent? What are my other options? The maximum i’m willing to spend is 500 USD.

Also, I am currently not in the Philippines, but if it’s cheaper over there, I can buy when I go back home in June.
