I am a Company Secretary working in Advisory, with work ex of 4 Years 2 months as on 31st March.

Alongside my professional work, I have been engaged pro-bono with a few NGOs, primarily supporting them with registrations and regulatory compliances, CSR fundraising, and other operational and governance-related matters.

I have also been involved in building a small consulting venture focused on helping MSMEs solve business and operational problems. We were able to onboard our initial clients and generate our first revenues

I am planning Ujjain trip next week with my elderly parents. Is it good time to visit ?

Will it be too hot ? or it can be managed ?

Also, please suggest on stays nearby & other itineraries . We are planning to travel by our car.

I have filed few invoices lately in GSTR 1 (Februrary), Since I was liable for payment of interest, Same has been discharged in GSTR 3b of Februrary (Box 5).

Now, GSTR 3B of March is again giving me interest, without considering earlier settled interest payment.

What's the solution for this ?

I have already laid the interest..
