Why was Jaskier never interested in Geralt?
Before anyone misunderstands me: obviously just because someone is bisexual/pansexual doesn't mean they are interested in ALL people.
I just ask myself what exactly made Geralt
"uninteresting" for Jaskier. It's been said in the show Jaskier basically had sex with many (pretty obvious, but also specifically mentioned when I think her name was Vespula said he's doing it with men, women, elves, dwarfs...) and obviously that doesn't mean every single person has to be desirable for him, but l still wonder what exactly it was that made Jaskier describe Geralt in the same scene as simply platonic.
Was it because he knew Geralt wouldn't be interested or simply because there wasn't anything Jaskier didn't like?
I personally think it was a great decision to not make Jaskier interested in Geralt because it would've made it seem like bisexual/pansexual people have to be interested in everyone, even though he was already a character that wasn't picky. As a bisexual woman myself, I think this would've pained a negative picture (the same picture I didn't want to paint which is why | wrote the little disclaimer). I'd love opinions :)
