Hiya, I'm looking for some advice.

I sent my forms in September or last year and had my assessment a few weeks ago. The woman who did my assessment was rude, unfeeling and dismissive. I called up today and I scored 0 on mobility and 6 on daily living and honestly I'm fucking fuming. I'm going to a second opinion but what do I need to do to strengthen my case?

I have 4 slipped disc in my back

Neck nerve damage suspected

ADHD/Autism suspected

Chronic migraine disorder with aura

Germ OCD

PTSD
