Is a week a long time to get a response from a recruiter if I moved onto the next round with the hiring manager? Application still says pending on Workday.

Already sent the follow up email the week after my interview with no response.

CIBC Job Application Workday Status "Pending"

I applied to CIBC and the application status went from "Under Review" to "Pending" with no interview yet. Would anyone know what this means?
