I would pay big bucks to be a fly on the wall of the producers meetings about TFP’s role in SLOMW.

I understand that to her dramatics have increased viewership and her insta following reflects that. Like her or not, people have been watching her.

But at what point does her unhinged behaviour become dangerous to Hulu?

Here’s how I see her position;

1. She is not brandsafe. No big players will touch her and her credibility is shot. I would run a mile away from any product she recommended.

2. Her social media posts have been downright aggressive and delusional. Looking at the likes and comments on Mikayla’s posts from the cast in the past few days, I believe it’s their way of signaling, “we see you and support you”. I suspect that Mikayla and the girls have mutually agreed not to put more fuel on the fire by publicly allying with Mikayla. The volatility and weaponization of her audience has demonstrated what a risk is it just to exist in her orbit. I doubt the other cast members would feel they are paid enough to walk on egg shells with her on set and the risk of having the TFP hoard set upon them.

3. At this point TFP’s mental state seems sadly on the brink of collapse. I fear for her safety - she does not seem in her right mind.

So to summarize:

1. She is not winning brand partnerships for Hulu.

2. I suspect majority of the cast do not want to film with her. Which puts Hulu in a position of the majority cast VS 1 “star”.

3. It would be a risk to pick up the cameras while her mental health is this bad. They risk being liable if she harms herself.

There is just no way the producers will stop this train wreck of a show until they absolutely have to. The publicity and paycheck is wild. I think they are in a very sticky spot however with how to deal with Taylor.

As a side note, does anyone else feel ILL when reading her posts. They don’t annoy me, it’s beyond that. I can feel the negative fury through the screen and it’s excruciating to witness.
