I am torn between Sony WF-1000XM5 and JBL Tour Pro 2

I’m looking to get a pair of earbuds as a long-term investment, and I don’t know whether to choose between the Sony WF-1000XM5 and the JBL Tour Pro 2. I plan to use them for running, walking, the gym, music, and general everyday use. I also want to know which is better for ear health.

You can also suggest alternative earbuds as another option.

note: dont want those shockz type earbuds

Hello everyone. I am 18 years old and weigh 94kg. I was recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes with a fasting glucose level of 104 mg/dl. Please excuse any mistakes, as this is my first-ever Reddit post.
My doctor told me that I am at a danger level but can still reverse it. I am looking for suggestions on how to quickly bring my levels below 100 mg/dl. I have a lot of external pressure from my parents and relatives, so I want to achieve this as fast as possible.

My Journey I started going to the gym in January but didn't do anything for a few weeks because I felt like everyone was watching me. When I finally started, I only did cardio, which made things worse because I was starving myself and losing muscle mass. When I started lifting weights, I again felt like everyone was judging me because my form was terrible. For a few months, I also tried a calorie deficit, but it was so unsustainable that I started eating junk food in secret. All of this resulted in me avoiding the gym, gaining more weight, and feeling ashamed, which led to me avoiding my friends and staying home alone.

The Positives I have decided to go to the gym again without giving a damn what other people think. I have also started going for walks after eating and am trying to eat more sustainably.

My Questions For those of you who have reduced your blood sugar levels:
What did you eat?

What exercises or workouts did you do to lose fat?(For a beginner)

What lifestyle changes did you make to completely reverse pre-diabetes?

I have been feeling very lost and down, so I decided to ask the community for suggestions on how to reverse this. Thank you!

So sorry for the Yap
