Why do people "sell" things, then never communicate or ship then your sale gets canceled? I've had it happen so many times. Recently someone actually said they'd ship after me asking about it after like 8 days then never did. I don't get why so many do it. They gain nothing.

That house is NOT your own in any way, shape, or form. You're not on the lease, nor supposed to even be living there. Hell, it technically isn't even trash's house but it is more hers than yours! He just loves lying about owning properties, while being homeless.
