Hey y'all. Had a little fret buzz at the first three frets. Decided to increase the neck relief. Did I overdo it?

I don't have any feeler gauge and just kept going until the buzzing stopped which in hindsight does sound very stupid. I order one but would still appreciate some advice. Thanks
