Hi there! We currently have a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with 2 girls living in it!

Rent would be $600-650 a month (depending on your room) with ~$50-100 for utilities

We are on Blaine St, which is only a 20-minute walk from campus!

Move-in would be in June/July, lease starting in July and ending in June 2027

We are clean, tidy girls looking for some new roommates to match our fun vibes. We are all going into our 4th year at UCR.
