Finally got my VIN assigned for a Model YL in SoCal! （ordered in 7.2，marine blue）

Curious how others here handled insurance and timing:

1. Did you go with Tesla Insurance or a third-party policy? What are monthly rates looking like right now? (Got quoted ~$205/mo w/ $1k deductible).
2. How long after getting a VIN did the app let you schedule the pickup date?
