I’m currently trying to show my income source (plasma donation) to recertify for food stamps in New Jersey. I tried to tell the woman over the phone for my recertification but she had an attitude and seemed to be committed to misunderstanding me. I even spelled it out after the third “what?!” P-L-A-S-M-A. She sent a letter saying they needed proof so I brought in a copy of the statement from the bank card that the donation payments are loaded on. I just got ANOTHER letter saying to provide a copy of donations statement with proof of where and who donations are coming from. What should I bring in so they understand?
