I went on a date with a boy two years ago and at the time I realized after our date that wasn’t ready for a relationship. I told him as such and he understood. The issue is that he was so perfect and so kind and exactly my type. But every so often I catch myself thinking about him.

Is this normal?

A recruiter reached out to me last Thursday to schedule an interview and after sending my availability, they just never got back to me. Would it be a bad idea to call their office?

I’m specifically looking for nonfiction books that explain nostalgia and why we yearn for times we can’t return to and how to cope with it. But if there’s a fiction book you recommend that would be great as well!

I feel like I’m going crazy honestly. I’m doing what I can and working on using sustainable product is and educating myself, but at the same time I feel so anxious about the future. I’m staying away from social media because I know that’s a big cause for a lot of my problems, but at the same time I hate feeling apathetic and getting into the doomerism mindset of society collapsing.

I just want to know what else I can do and how I can avoid falling victim to this.
