So about a year ago I got lip filler for the 1st time. I had a thin top lip so over 3 appointments she did .9ml in top lip and .3ml in bottom lip and used versa filler. It was never symmetrical and I had small lumps that were deep in my top lip in the corner. I was afraid to dissolve and didn’t want to pay more so I left it. Well I went to a new place and decided to finally dissolve as it migrated above my lip as well. We did 1 syringe of hylenex yesterday in just my top lip and could still see the lumps so she did another syringe of hylenex today in just my top lip. It’s been 9 hours and I can still see/feel the lump. Do I need to give it more time or is this going to need more dissolving or something more serious?

So I moved into a new apartment end of March and we noticed right away a few adult carpet beetles maybe 2-3 a day never in the carpet and only adults. Pest control came the last week in March to spray and then there was 2-3 dead ones daily showing up. They sprayed again and put down power beginning of April about a month ago now and we haven’t seen a single one. There was never any larvae either and maybe a total of 15-20 adults in about 1-2 weeks. They put down non scented glue traps and they have all remained clear for a month now.

I’m vacuuming every other day but wondering when I can know I’m in the clear? And what I should do to make sure they don’t come back.
