I do car work and was about get a Hercules ratchet for it but since I hopefully will have my a&p in a year wondered if that was a good choice

Both my shops have a byog rule they have the needle but not the jewelry due to low demand. However all I have of a reasonable size meaning not straight jumping to single digits is a glass 10 set from body art forms can I get this peirced. I'm at 16ish i really just reopened my holes after 5 months but don't have the in-between sizes
