Why did we start mashing words together? "Alot" has been around for a while, but now folks are saying "I took afew hours off" and "it was abit cold outside." There's no way autocorrect is going this as they aren't correct.
"Bestfriend" is a relatively new one, I guess influenced by "girlfriend"/"boyfriend." Compared to the others it's less intolerable.

You embark and then disembark, but I see so many people talking about "debarking", which sounds like an illegal surgery you'd do on a noisy dog!
If debark were right, then you'd be barking when you boarded the ship, an image that always makes me laugh.
The council moved quickly after it was reported - at least I'm assuming that's who dealt with it.
There's some staining left unfortunately, but at least the tags are gone.
e.g. people posting in r/TattooAdvice and titling their post "tattoo advice".
Just saw one in r/AmIOverreacting where the title was "am I overreacting about this??"
