Hello there, looking to get some cycle advice

First time using Deca at 250mg, Sustanon 250. Ran them at equal ratio, realize that might not be smart. Deca sides came in hard and fast week 2, my blood pressure shot so high I started seeing white flashes and felt like my heart was going to burst. The question is do I half the dose, increase the test, or cycle off completely as I have a sneaking suspicion my body does not respond well to 19-nors...
