Test + Tren + Primo?

I have a couple bottles of Primo left from a previous cycle, and right now I’m running test and tren. Is there any real benefit to adding the Primo, or would that just make things more complicated?

Do you really need to train your abs to see better definition?

I’ve been thinking about this lately and I’m curious what others think.

Right now, I’m cutting and have been doing a short ab circuit about five times a week for the past month. It’s nothing intense, just planks, crunches, leg raises, and similar exercises, all without any added weight.

What’s confusing is that I haven’t really seen much change in how my abs look. I’m already pretty lean, so I thought I’d see at least a bit more definition by now.

It’s even more confusing because some of my leaner friends hardly train their abs directly. They get most of their core work from squats, deadlifts, rows, presses, and other compound lifts, and their abs look better developed than mine.

So I have a few questions:

* Is bodyweight ab training enough to build visible muscle?
* Does training abs directly make much difference if you’re already lean?
* Are weighted crunches or other progressive exercises more effective?
* Or does ab definition mostly depend on body fat and genetics?

I’m not expecting a six-pack overnight. I just want to know if spending 10 minutes on abs five days a week is actually worth it, or if I’d be better off focusing on other parts of my training.
