Test + Tren + Primo?

I have a couple bottles of Primo left from a previous cycle, and right now I’m running test and tren. Is there any real benefit to adding the Primo, or would that just make things more complicated?

2026 IFBB Arkansas State Pro Bikini Results 🏆

I just saw the results from the 2026 IFBB Arkansas State Pro Bikini. Congrats to Savannah Watchman for winning. She looked polished and brought a complete package from what I could tell. The Bikini Olympia race keeps getting more competitive, and every pro show seems to change the standings.

What are your thoughts on the final placings? Do you think the judges made the right call?

Has anyone here ever regretted going for bigger doses instead of focusing on better training?

When I first started bodybuilding, I thought the way to break through a plateau was to just add more weight, more volume, more food, or a bigger cycle.

After spending more time in the sport, I’ve noticed that the people who make the best long-term progress are usually the ones who stick to the basics. They train regularly, recover well, and only add more when it’s really needed.

For those who have been training for a few years, was there a moment when you realized you were making things too complicated?

Did taking a step back, working on your technique, or even lowering your doses end up giving you better results than always trying to push harder?

I’d really like to hear what made you change your perspective.

Bodybuilding vs. Hybrid Training

I have a buddy who's way bigger than me and mostly trains using machines. We hit the gym together recently, and I suggested we warm up with some dumbbell squat thrusters (squat into a shoulder press).

I asked if he wanted to use 30s or 50s, and he laughed and said, "Come on, bring the 50s."

We started, and by the third rep he was completely gassed lol. Meanwhile, I was able to knock out 20 reps with the same weight, even though I'm noticeably smaller than he is.

It got me thinking: does bodybuilding strength just not translate well to hybrid or functional movements, or is it simply because he never trains that way?

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

How Do You Strengthen Weak Rotator Cuff Muscles?

I've heard that if you want to keep your shoulders healthy, it's important to strengthen all four rotator cuff muscles. I've been doing the usual rotator cuff exercises, but when I do cable internal rotations, I barely feel the target muscles working.

Lately, I've been dealing with pain in the front delt area of both shoulders. Someone at my gym suggested that my infraspinatus and subscapularis might be weak. I've added exercises for them, but it mostly feels like my forearms are doing all the work instead.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? What rotator cuff exercises have helped strengthen those muscles and reduce pain or impingement around the front of the shoulder?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
