At beginning of trail (Suffern), on left as your heading north, maybe 20 feet in. May have been there awhile, but I didn't see them 2 weeks ago when I passed.

If you're cycling in Staten Island......
Be careful when exiting or approaching the Staten Island Ferry, there's zero illegal parking enforcement and you may wind up riding in what can be very busy traffic. Response to 311 complaint was "The New York City Police Department responded to the complaint and their investigation determined that police action was not necessary".
