Switched to Energy Texas (~14¢) — experience + $100 credit tip
Switched electricity providers in Texas — here’s what I learned
I compared a few options recently (Energy Texas, Base, etc.) and most “cheap” plans are actually ~14–15¢ all-in once delivery fees are included.
Ended up going with Energy Texas around ~14¢. Pretty straightforward plan, no weird usage tiers.
If you’re switching anyway, you can get a $100 bill credit with a referral:

Biggest tip: always check the all-in rate, not just the advertised energy charge.
