Took a girls trip to Banff and Jasper this week. Here is our trip! Highly recommend guide along app for drives!

Friday/Saturday morning: fly in, stay in Calgary, one girls flight for canceled Friday.
Saturday: drive the Ice fields pathway to Jasper. Long day, we had great weather so we enjoyed all the stop in the road going north minus ice fields pathway. We stayed about 40 minutes north of Jasper.
Sunday: Bald Hills hike, long still had snow, amazing view and wet feet 😆
Monday: Sulphur skyline trail, followed by lunch at the bungalows (SO GOOD!!!) followed by Miette Hot Springs, highly recommend. Then dinner in Jasper.
Tuesday: drove back down the ice fields pathway, loved that we got a second day of this. Had some rain but were able to hit almost everything over the two days. This time we hit everything in the south route. Staying in Canmore, had the evening to explore.
Wednesday: Johnston canyons all the way up to the Ink Pots. Great hike, you get rid of the crowds after the upper falls beautiful view at the top.
Thursday: National part shuttle for Lake Louise, got there before the canoes went out so the lake was glass! Hiked up to the tea house, chose to sit inside which was a nice break! Quickly hiked little beehives after, great view! Then went to lake Moraine. Then back to Canmore for the evening.
Friday: slow start to the morning, afternoon on the bow valley highway on e-bikes rented from the train station up to Johnston Canyon. Great round trip! Also took a car ride up Norquay Mountain and got to see lots of animals!

Really couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week!
Best drinks: Where the buffalo roam, Canmore
Best Ice cream: Lovely’s Canmore.
Best food: Where the Buffalo roam, and Eddies burger & bar.

My feet are tired. I am tired. But what a fantastic trip!
